Samarillo Commission/Purchaser Referral Policies Type A; A currently licensed Preferred Samarillo-approved realtor and/or broker from a country outside of Costa Rica, who refers a purchaser to our sales office. 6% commission per unit for developer owned and re-sales will be paid on the total sales price to the realtor:
Referral: 3% commission per unit will be paid on the total sales price to a currently licensed Preferred Samarillo-approved realtor and/or broker who sends clients to Samarillo by phone or email. Type B: A currently licensed realtor and/or broker from a country outside of Costa Rica, who refers a purchaser to our sales office. 2% commission will be paid on the total sale price. Type C: A realtor and/or broker operating in Costa Rica must be able to provide one or more of the following for proof of occupation: Referral: 3% commission per unit will be paid on the total sales price to a realtor who sends clients to Samarillo by phone or email. To qualify for commission or a referral payment, you must be the procuring cause of the sale. If a dispute arises we will ask the purchaser who led them to purchase with Samarillo. Client registrations will have an automatic expiration after 90 days. You may not refer another realtor or broker as your client as commission will only be paid to the realtor/broker representing the purchaser. All commission payments will be paid by the 15th of the month following the month when funds are received for the sale and or closing.
