Summary of Samarillo Fractional Ownership

BENEFITS

A great way to participate in ownership at Samarillo is by owning a ¼ share of a luxury Bali Condominium.  Fractional Owners receive all the benefits and privileges of ownership except that usage will be limited to 13 weeks during any calendar year.

OWNERSHIP
Fractional Owners shall receive 25% of the total shares issued in the corporation that owns the condominium.  Votes shall be equal among the owners and a super-majority (75%) is required for changes to the corporate and operational documents.  Share shall be freely assignable or marketable at any time.

OCCUPANCY OF PROPERTY
Every Fractional Owner (Owner) has the right to use and enjoy their property for thirteen (13) weeks per year as designated in their Purchase Agreement.  The Usage Year shall commence on the second Monday of January each calendar year, and expire on the Sunday preceding it.
